Chiropractic Adjustments - Realign the spine to relieve pain, restore movement, and reset the nervous system. Great for posture correction, injury recovery, and day-to-day tension. Diversified technique with manual, drop-table, and activator options.
IASTM ( Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) - Targeted therapy using specialized tools to break down scar tissue, improve mobility, and accelerate healing in tight or injured areas.
Percussion Therapy - Deep tissue relief using high-frequency vibration to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance recovery.
Cryo/Hot IASTM - Cold therapy combined with techniques to reduce inflammation, numb pain, and speed up recovery. Especially useful for acute injuries and post-exercise soreness.
Cupping Therapy - An ancient technique using negative pressure to increase blood flow, loosen fascia, and flush out metabolic waste. Often used to treat stubborn tension or inflammation.
Myofascial Release - Gentle, sustained pressure on the fascia (connective tissue) to release restrictions and improve mobility and posture. Especially helpful for long-standing pain and tension patterns.
